Our longtime friend and board member, Mark Kalahele, has passed away. He remains in our hearts and want to share this loving note from his brother, Jason “Max” Kalahele:
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that my brother, company owner of Aloha State Services, Mark Robert Kalahele, has passed away on Monday August 12th, 2024. He was with his loved ones during his final days and passed peacefully at Straub Hospital in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Mark’s Celebration of Life services information will be available once arrangements have been finalized by the Kalahele family.
Mark started Aloha State Services, Ltd. over 40+ years ago and was instrumental in building and leading highly skilled teams, executing marketing strategies, and developing business through building relationships and operational excellence. He was a great friend and mentor to all of us. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him. Words cannot express the impact Mark has had on many people and their families. His guidance and wisdom helped many people both professionally and personally. Mark’s absence is deeply felt, but we know his legacy will live on through the lives he has helped.
